Attached is the notice that just went into the mail, that is the notice for the Transition Meeting for Westport at Lakeview HOA.

This meeting will be held on August 4th, at 7 pm, virtually, to allow more owners to attend. The log in information is below. If you are not able to attend, there is a proxy form included so that your voice can be heard at the meeting.

If you would like to put your name forth for either the Board, please complete the candidate form, and send it to me.

At this meeting, we will go over topics for the HOA, such as:

• Introductions
• What the HOA and Board does for you.
• Normal procedures at Annual Meetings
• Current financial status of the HOA
• Work that is currently happening at the HOA.
• Candidates present themselves.
• Voting for the Board Members.
